Fundraising

This year Buswells Lodge went massively multicoloured for Child In Need as the School Council challenged all children to wear the seven colours of the rainbow to school. The children pulled out all the stops, and it was lovely to see so many homemade T-shirts. In total, we raised £319.09. Thank you for all your support.

This morning, the School Council worked extremely hard to make roughly 400 Cornflake and Rice Krispie cakes. These will be sold to raise money for Children In Need.

Red Nose Day 2019

This year we supported Red Nose Day by holding a funniest joke competition. Every child in the school was given the opportunity to enter, and winners were chosen from each class. Our two overall school winners were in Navya in Year 1 (Key Stage 1) and Hassan in Year 4 (Key Stage 2). You can hear their jokes below.

Thank you to those of you who donated and helped us raise our total of £369.80.

Children in Need 2018

This year Buswells went Dance-tastic for Children in Need. We boogied, bopped and jived our way to a whopping £1200 donation. Thank you to each and every person who donated money. Special mentions go to the following children who raised extra-ordinary amounts via sponsorship: Taher (FS2), Jenson (Year 2), Ethan L (Year 3), Jacob (Year 3), Lewis (Year 4), Zahra (Year 4) and Lacey (Year 6).
