As part of our Innovation Week work, we have constructed Ancient Egyptian pharaoh masks. We made them using cardboard and papier-mache. We then painted and decorated them.
We began our 'Innovation Week' by constructing our own mini sarcophagi.
We finished off this week's topic learning by making pyramids from various types of construction equipment.

This week we have sketched and made Egyptian-style pottery using the coil pot method.
To begin our topic, we learnt about the Ancient Egyptian custom of mummification. The best way to do this was to experience a mummification. Unfortunately, we had a technical issue with our iPad, so here are some photos of last year's mummification.
