COVID-19 CATCH UP FUNDING
Following the national lockdown and schools' closure between March and July 2020, the Department for Education has allocated additional funding to schools to allow them to implement interventions and strategies to help pupils, whose learning has been affected by the loss of regular teaching, catch up and make progress.
Over the 2020-2021 academic year, our school was allocated £18,200.
Our Covid-19 Catch Up Premium Report for 2020-2021 can be found below. This report details the strategies and interventions we have used to support our pupils with their lost learning.
For the 2021-2022 academic year, our Catch Up Plan forms part of our wider Pupil Premium Strategy which can also be found below as well.
In addition to this, our school has also been allocated 5-days worth of support from a National Leader of Education (NLE) in order to monitor our Recovery Curriculum and the use of this additional funding.
This web page will continue to be updated regularly to provide information about how the additional funding is being used, its impact on pupil progress and the outcomes of external monitoring.
